The reason we’re here is simple – after 20 years of seeing recruitment done just adequately (and sometimes pretty poorly) it was time to stop complaining about it or do it better. Nothing was going to change if we walked away so here we are.

Our aims are straightforward;
•  our candidates are only offered roles (temporary or permanent) that they excel in and that they really want to do.
•  our clients only see candidates and workers who can do the job, want to be there and fit the culture of the business.
On the face of it recruitment shouldn’t be complicated. And it isn’t when it’s done properly but there is a lot to do...and that’s where we come in. For us, doing it properly includes:
•  Understanding the client, the vacancy and most importantly what the client really wants from a worker.
•  Checking all applications for relevant skills before we interview face to face and letting candidates know if we can help them – and what to do if we can’t.
•  Conducting a real selection process – checking skills, assessing attitude, testing, getting references and then making a judgement about whether the candidate matches the client’s culture.
We believe we are the only recruitment business that truly seeks to understand the needs of our customers and then introduce candidates who have been individually selected for specific roles.
