Our preferred method of recruitment is retained where we are appointed by the client on an exclusive basis, providing a comprehensive, confidential service - we identify and discreetly approach carefully targeted candidates to ascertain their availability and degree of suitability. This is a focused approach that delivers an agreed number of the most appropriate and available executives to meet a clients specific personnel requirements for a given position or job description.

Alternatively we are just as comfortable working on a contingency basis where we look to inform the client of outstanding candidates that they could add to their talent pool, where a specific role may not be available, yet the candidate we have identified would add value to the business.
