At Borders we supply temporary workers to the local agricultural industry, in a way that suits farmers and contractors. Our workers are available at very short notice (often same or next day) and for any length of contract. Often we are asked to supply a worker for just a day or two (although we do of course supply workers for longer too).

All the workers we supply are experienced (and licensed where appropriate) in the work we provide them for – from tractor driving, hedge cutting and silage carting through to harvesting, bailing and wrapping. We also provide general agricultural labourers and machine operators (diggers, 360 etc)

We pay and bill hourly and you are charged only for the hours actually worked – no extras, hidden costs or lunch breaks to pay for. Holiday pay, National Insurance and PAYE tax is all taken care of by us. You can use us to cover holidays, peaks in work or just to get done those that you never get around to.
